| Hi There! |

My name is Jacki Lee, wedding photographer, thrilled to offer a cool mix of stylistic photos which visually narrate one of life’s very happiest days for my clients. Truly, there’s a toss-up on wedding day -- who’s happier, the bride and groom, or me? Because I simply LOVE weddings; every single thing about them. I love the spirit of the event itself, and the fact that each wedding has it’s very own texture and feel. I love the beauty of it all, the warmth, the families, the dresses, the shoes, the cake, I even love the pretty napkins! And I love that I have the occasion to see it all through my own eyes and creative lens, and that I can be there to nail all the shots that my clients want to remember forever. These things are fortifying to me.

I believe in the new school of wedding photography which is, let’s just relax. Let’s lose the stiff, posed photos and just be ourselves. This is my blog which is just the place to do that. So I hope you will kick off your shoes (especially if they’re heels) and stay awhile!

If you are a prospective wedding client and want to see only wedding and engagement photos, (not all my personal garb!) go to www.jimmages.com. This is my website which I share with my awesome wedding photographer husband, Jim. We have a pretty great thing going!

    Hello Friends!

Get ready to see the gorgeous wedding of Jason & Casey. I don't know how it always happens, but I promise you, I get the COOLEST brides and grooms in the world. I truly do! Just a pleasure to shoot and be a part of their day. How blessed am I. Jason & Casey are soooo in love and you can really see it in their eyes, the way they look at each other, and the tender way they treat each other. They have a lot of good (fun!) friends, and the wedding party was pretty large for a small venue. They were married at the beautiful and historic Wyldewood Chapel in Denison, Texas. It's the perfect place for an intimate wedding - it just has an elegant and yet organic feel. The colors were pale blue and a creamy ivory color. Ahhh, I love it!

Well, that was my first attempt at a wedding collage and I think it turned out kinda smashing(ly)! I will have to do that more often. Casey is just so pretty my gosh, c'mon, and Jason is as sincere as any groom I've ever shot. You picked a good one, Casey!

    Yes, she's any guy's dream...

Both Jason and Casey were so sweet to the children at their wedding, both so very gracious. They also personally hugged every single person in attendance. Whole lotta huggin' goin' on!

It's a wrap! Thank you both, Jason and Casey for inviting me to be a part of your beautiful, wonderful wedding! May God bless you both with all that heaven can send.

Hi! Do I have weddings to post? Yes! Am I posting them? No! But I promise there's a really good one on the way. It's Michael and Lindsey. It was a beaut! But for now, I thought I'd show you what makes my world go around. This is what we do when we don't have a wedding! We had some real dork fun in the studio so let me tell you. First there are photos of yours truly. Then comes Jim, aka, "Snappy," love of my life. Don't mean to be a sap, but after all, we are in the love business, so, we do believe in it! Jim's the coolest and sharpest guy I've ever known so wow, I'm gonna stop at that before I get all embarrassing, but, he IS. Next in the lineup comes our son (20) and chief director of the |jimmages| security team, Pete. You can see what an intimidating character he is! He comes with us to weddings for two reasons. First- to guard the gear. Second- to check out the girls. (Not necessarily in that order.) And he says that an accordion is a real babe magnet lol! He also plays harmonica, guitar, bass, keyboards, and drums at college for the dance class, but his main instrument is jazz kazoo. It's very complicated. Next in the Miller montage is our new to the teenage scene, Evie. She is a spitfire and the light of our lives. She loves animals, music and drama, and where you find Evie, you will find all three of these things. Let's not forget Elke, the family Weimy. She's the baby of the family. And then there's Bea--that's Evie's kitty. Note to self: never feed tuna to stray cat. Anyway, may I introduce the Miller's -- aka: "SKUNK 5."
